Meet the Team: Chris Hand
Chris Hand recently joined DTP as our newest IT Support Technician on February 20, 2023. In this crucial role, Chris is already busy providing top-notch service and support to our valued clients. As a first call resolution specialist, Chris answers incoming calls for support to triage and finds solutions to client issues or creates tickets for higher tier resolutions. Chris states, “I like the fact that no matter what, there is always someone who is willing to lend a helping hand in order to get the job done.”

What is your favorite meal? Lasagna.
If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would you want to go? Japan (and visit the entire country).
Who was your hero growing up? Who is your hero now?
It might be cliched, but my hero both growing up and to this day is my father.
What’s at least one item on your bucket list?
One thing I have always wanted to do is halo jump.
Can you play any instruments?
I can play the drums, piano, and most low brass instruments.
What are your top 3 favorite video games?
Final Fantasy VII, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, The Original Resident Evil
What is your proudest accomplishment?
As of right now, my proudest accomplishment is the fact that I raised a child that was able to get a full scholarship to a 4-year private university.
What were the first and last concerts you went to?
The first concert that I went to was Michael Jackson Bad Tour in Atlanta back in 1988, the last concert that I attended was the #ATLast concert in 2014.
