Meet the Team Monday: Andrew Cribb

This week, we’re featuring Andrew Cribb, Tier One Helpdesk Technician. Andrew is a new and valuable asset to the DTP team, having started in July 2017. As a member of our knowledgeable helpdesk staff, he diagnoses, solves, and follows up on our clients’ dental IT issues.

What are your favorite hobbies?
In my spare time, I like to write, go hiking/camping, and play board games (my current favorite is Mansions of Madness).

If you were stuck on an island, what item would you bring with you?
If I were going to be stuck on an island, I would probably bring my e-reader loaded with as many books as possible. And a solar charger, assuming that counts as part of the e-reader…

Do you have any pets?
I have a German Shepherd/Border Collie mix named Oscar.

What is your favorite artist or genre of music?
My favorite artist is Ida, and my favorite album of theirs is I Know About You.

What do you consider the perfect vacation to be?
My ideal vacation would be in the winter, at a cabin deep in a forest in the north-western part of the continent with a fully stocked kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and plenty of small animals for my dog to chase.

What are your top three favorite video games?
My top three favorite video games are:
– The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
– Earthbound
– Firewatch

Have you read any good books lately?
I recently read Meddling Kids, by Edgar Cantero, and I absolutely recommend it—especially if you’re a Lovecraft and/or Scooby Doo fan.

What is your favorite movie/TV show?
My favorite movie is Whale Rider, and my favorite TV show is Stranger Things.

What is your favorite part of working at Digital Technology Partners?
My favorite part of working at DTP is how supportive everyone is; anytime I feel unsure about something or need information, there is always someone available to help out.
