In his role, Jahleel takes incoming calls from clients, creates new tickets for their support issues, and either solves those tickets or escalates them further into our helpdesk. The PSP (PlayStationPortable) is my favorite piece of technology because it was a great part of my childhood. I treated mine like a baby and took it everywhere I possibly could’ve.
